This restaurant has a very unusual decor where there is a lot of  taxidermy all over the walls. The feeling is like where all  the hunters gather for drink and a gourmet meal. So if you can put aside all the creepy things hanging on the walls the food is pretty good.

The food on the menu may look simple but it's hardly simple. For example the tartar sauce is house made, which includes pickled Granny Smith apples.

We had: 

Elk tartar

-thought is was a little gamey

Bacon wrap oysters 

- every single component stung deliciously

Deep fried apple stuffed with ice cream 

- is that a splash of... bourbon =)??
