On the sweet side, but better then some of their extremly sweet desserts. I wonder if the chef?baker tasted his dessert. Does he not notice its wwaaayy too sugary?
On a more positive note, at the very least the anatomy of the macaron is correct, delicate crunchy surface because of the air bubble formed inside
Grapefruit campari no flavor very sweet and strong almond
Signature failed in texture very intriguing taste
Forest Berry like the grape fruit
Also like that has the correct structure,air bubble crunchy and no chewy ness at all
Hazelnut praline very good taste, would better if less sugar
Salted caramel
Great taste a little on sweet side, caramel nice and buttery (needs more salt)
Cappuccino powdery sugar, good java taste
Lemon ginger correct taste
Mandarin orange- taste like it
